The mission of Zufall Health Foundation is to support Zufall Health’s mission to provide access to high quality, affordable and culturally competent healthcare to people and communities who experience barriers to care. The Foundation focuses on cultivating relationships with supporters and increasing private philanthropic contributions to expand the reach and impact of Zufall Health’s work.
